Senior Physiotherapist
With over 25 years of experience, Tracy Gregson is a highly skilled physiotherapist specialising in shoulder rehabilitation, sports, musculoskeletal, and orthopaedic physiotherapy. She began her career at the Australian Institute of Sport and has since worked extensively across private practice, hospital settings, and with community sports teams.
Tracy spent 12 years at Normanby Physiotherapy, where she developed deep expertise in complex shoulder conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, rotator cuff pathology, instability, and long-term degenerative shoulder presentations.
She treats a wide range of conditions and integrates her training in yoga, Qigong, and occupational health to support holistic recovery, injury prevention, and long-term movement health. Tracy is passionate about helping people achieve balance of body, mind, and spirit to support optimal wellbeing and sustainable recovery.
Tracy also has a strong interest and expertise in cervical spine (neck) rehabilitation and TMJ (jaw) dysfunction. She regularly treats neck pain, headaches, postural-related symptoms, and jaw conditions including clenching, grinding, and temporomandibular joint disorders.
Her integrated approach addresses the close relationship between the neck, jaw, and shoulder complex, helping patients achieve lasting relief through targeted rehabilitation, postural correction, and movement re-education.
